The Emamaullee Transplant Lab is developing utilizing novel systems immunology approaches to characterize and analyze the immune microenvironment of pediatric liver diseases like transplant rejection, acute liver failure, biliary atresia, and Fontan associated liver disease.
The lab has transitioned away from the University of Southern California to the University of Rochester as of 2026.
